Embark is a concept pre-boarding website that helps new hires feel prepared, informed, and connected before their first day. The platform centralizes company information, documents, and FAQs while introducing them to a work buddy. The design focuses on clarity, connection, and confidence to reduce first-day anxiety and create a sense of belonging from the start.

Typography & Color Palette

The platform uses Open Sans for a professional, highly readable tone, while Sura highlights number texts with an elegant, decorative touch. This balance keeps longer text smooth and legible, making the pre-boarding experience both welcoming and professional.

The primary orange conveys warmth and energy, supported by teal for calm professionalism and neutrals for a clean, content-first design. Orange accents are reserved for actions and progress indicators, guiding focus where it matters most.

UI Components

The UI components are designed for clarity and consistency. Buttons use bold orange accents to highlight actions, while text fields and search bars adopt soft, rounded edges for a friendly, approachable feel. Icons and indicators provide quick visual cues, and accordions keep dense content like FAQs neatly organized.

Together, these elements create a simple yet engaging interface that supports a smooth pre-boarding experience.
